We can custom punch your parts quickly and accurately. We also punch square and oblong holes. Standard Punching Orders Require: Hole size and shape (Square, Round, Oblong), hole placement, finished size of material (width, length, and thickness), type of material and quantity needed. Custom Punching Orders Require: A faxed or emailed legible and clear drawing showing hole size and shape (Square, Round, Oblong), hole placement, dimensions, (width, length, and thickness), type of material and quantity needed.
Bending From 20-gauge sheet to 3/8" plate up to 6’-8’ wide. Standard Bending Orders Require: A faxed or emailed legible and clear drawing with dimensions and angle, (width, length, and thickness), type of material and quantity needed.	Sawing Miter cutting from ~38° to 90°. With our 3 large band saws, we can handle everything from small 1-piece orders to larger orders with thousands of different pieces. Custom and Mitre Cut Sawing Orders Require: A faxed or emailed legible and clear drawing with dimensions, (width, length, and thickness), type of material and quantity needed.
Line Burning 3/4" plate and thicker materials. Standard Line Burning Orders Require: Finished size of material (width, length, and thickness), type of material and quantity needed.
