Shearing From small 2" squares to ½" plate 10' wide. For a quote on custom shearing, fax or e-mail us a drawing, including dimensions. Punching From 3/16"  to 1-9/16" holes.  From 3/16" to 1-9/16" round holes, we can custom punch your parts quickly and accurately.  We also punch square and oblong holes. If you would like us to quote something custom punched, please e-mail uswith a DXF file or a drawing with dimensions attached. Bending From 20-gauge sheet to 3/8" plate up to 2' wide. Sawing Miter cutting from ~38° to 90°. With our 3 large band saws, we can handle everything from small 1-piece orders to larger orders with thousands of different pieces. If you would like us to quote something custom cut, please e-mail us with a DXF file or a drawing with dimensions attached. Line Burning If it doesn't fit into our shear, we can line burn it for you. For a quote on custom-cut designs, please e-mail a drawing in DXF format. We will quote either plasma or laser cutting.
